They follow a five part structure:

Explain the Solution and the Implementation process.

Future relationship and recommendation.

A normal video case study is 3 to 5 mins long and we also produce a shorter 1 to 2 min version.

Production outline

A list of questions are agreed with your customer.

We film for a day at your customer’s office and record two interviews, cutaway shots of your product or solution in use and general office shots.

Transcribe all the interviews.

Edit the videos, incorporate graphics, chapter titles, name tags, music, colour grade and deliver HD, 2K and 4K mov, mp4 or avi files.

Manage the entire approval process and get your customer to sign the release form.

Our clients use Case Studies as part of their Sales Pitches, at Trade Shows, in Email Campaigns, promote them on social media and also in Landing Pages or Micro-Sites for Lead capture.
